Pear Tree Casita: A Timeless Blend of Functionality and Warmth
The house started with a closed floor plan, a feature we embraced to create intimate spaces for conversation and areas that can be customized to suit anyone’s lifestyle. Along with enhancing the kitchen and overall flow of the house, we designed a layout that balances family life with the ideal space for entertaining, offering flexible zones for various activities.
Inspired by the cozy, mature neighborhood, we selected a color palette that evokes warmth and timeless charm, almost cottage-like, yet sophisticated. A key focus was the primary suite, designed as a true retreat for relaxation and respite.
